Ice, ice baby: The best thermal water bottles to keep you cool and hydrated

A couple of days of sunshine and we all lose the run of ourselves. It’s not often we’re blessed with such high temperatures but boy do we know how to make the most of it. Our shorelines are thronged with shiny happy people out enjoying the good weather, our local corner shop’s ice-cream supplies have rapidly depleted and most of us are a little pinker than usual.

There are two things to remember in the heat though; always wear sunscreen (it’s not just a nostalgic graduation song, you know) and stay hydrated. No one wants to drink lukewarm MiWadi on a day like today though, so invest in a good water bottle and your libations will always be cold.

If nothing else, your new purchase will give you something to talk about. “Here, feel how cold this is!” will become your greeting of choice and your loved ones will have no other option but to grasp the bottle in your outstretched hands and agree that, “Yes, wow that is surprisingly very cold”. Get it personalised if you want to go full Love Island.
