The Best Slogan Sweaters For SS17

The Best Slogan Sweaters For SS17

To date, I’ve never been drawn to the slogan T-shirt/sweater trend. I think that comes from being an introvert. It took long enough to find my actual voice without having to?overthink?what my T-shirt says each day. I’ve also always associated this trend with a distinctly grungy vibe (thanks Vetements), which, in style terms, is everything I’m not.

But SS17 offers?a softer approach to this trend courtesy of Michael Kors, Haider Ackerman and Sacai, among others. Here are some slogan sweaters that are less shouty and more subtle.

There’s nothing hippyish about this Love sweatshirt. In fact, the decidedly preppy nature of the piece makes?the statement feel much more modern.

Michael Kors SS17

As a self-confessed introvert, this is my favourite slogan top … Silence.

Haider Ackerman SS17

Baja East exudes positivity with this Thriving T-shirt. What is it people’say, “Fake it till you make it”? Even if you don’t feel you’re thriving, wear?the T-shirt and perhaps?you soon will.

Carven kept it simple and adorned pretty sheer T-shirts with its own logo. I’d like to read the small print through …

Carven SS17

I like the quirkiness of this random logo … it’s not a political or emotional statement, it’s just the word Haircut?!
