Thank You Kate Middleton For Reigniting Our Love Of Scandi Style

OSLO, NORWAY - FEBRUARY 01: Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge receives flowers as she greets the crowd outside the Royal Palace ahead of visiting the Princess Ingrid Alexandra Sculpture Park on day 3 of her visit to Sweden and Norway on February 1, 2018 in Oslo, Norway. The Princess Ingrid Alexandra Sculpture Park opened last year in the name of Princess Ingrid Alexandra to mark the 25th anniversary of The King's reign. (Photo by Chris Jackson/Getty Images)

Thank You Kate Middleton For Reigniting Our Love Of Scandi Style

Kate Middleton and Prince William’s royal visit to Scandinavia continued today and eyes were firmly on Kate’s visible bump, but that didn’t compromise her captivating style.

Whether you’re a Kate Middleton fan or not, her influence in the world of fashion and beauty is undeniable. Her outfits sell out in minutes, and she helped reignite a love for high-street fashion and mixing and matching wardrobe essentials. We’ve tried products from her beauty regime (the results are obviously less effective without a team of pros behind you), and I heard a woman request the Kate hairdo this weekend (it’s a trim, not a bob, FYI).

As usual, Kate likes to display sartorial diplomacy, whether that be through her choice of colours or designers, so the addition of some Scandinavian style pieces is fresh and appetizing. The royals met Norway’s Prince Haakon and Princess Mette-Marit when they arrived in Oslo Thursday. Kate, wearing a Catherine Walker (for the third time this tour) blue coat over a Seraphine maternity dress, looked effortlessly classic disembarking from the aircraft.

Taking a leaf from K-Middy’s book, shop five of our new and old Scandi favourites below.
