Buying denim in the sales is a no-brainer, as it works for every season. I always feel as if I’ve bagged the best of all bargains when I walk away from a store with a seriously discounted pair of denims. Here are four pairs I’ve got my eye on right now.
Purple is my least favourite colour, but this shade of lilac is so soft that I think I could happily wear it with a top that has more depth. I love a super-wide cut because however I feel about my body, flares create a really flattering silhouette.

Indigo jeans can always double as smart trousers, especially this pair from online retailer Uterque, which are embellished with a beaded side stripe.

I’ve been toying with the idea of overalls for a while now. I love the look of these dark denim dungarees from Spanish online retailer Bimba & Lola. I may begin with an inexpensive pair from Penneys though before I invest in these.

I featured these crossover culottes in the magazine a few months ago. I’m glad I didn’t rush into buying them then as they’ve’dropped in price by €30.

The opportunities to engage your children as well-dressed props are infinite. Tell us one parent who hasn’t melted over a mini baby pumpkin costume or a pair of tiny Adidas Stan Smiths. We'll wait.
Buying second-hand is a more sustainable and affordable way to shop designer handbags, so with stores remaining shut for the moment, thankfully there are trusted retailers offering great options online.
