In fashion, we often talk about “investment” pieces; the key pieces that every woman should, at some stage, invest in. They are the tops and skirts and bags and hats that “give-back”, so to speak, and the idea is that these “investment pieces” should last you through a lifetime of wardrobe crises. However, our wish-lists and bank accounts don’t always align, which can leave us feeling deflated (even though it’s said that buying a designer bag is a better investment than buying gold or property… we might have to take a miss.).
