Fashion Fix: The best pyjamas for hot weather

Finding it hard to sleep in this heat? We've rounded up the best pyjamas to help you get your 40 winks.

Getting to bed at a reasonable hour can be hard enough at the best of times, factor in this humidity and it’s been near impossible to sleep the whole night through.

Much as we love to see that shiny yellow thing back in the sky, it’s been wreaking havoc with our sleep schedule. Windows have been thrown open, duvets have been cast to the foot of the bed and we’ve had to completely overhaul our bedtime attire too. Waking up doused in sweat isn’t exactly the best start to our day.

Thankfully, help is not far away and there are plenty of cooling pyjamas on the market to help you feel more at ease in this heat. Summer PJs are all about light, flowy fabrics and as little material as possible. Long-legged flannels just won’t cut it anymore, so best pack them away and fill your drawers with shorts, camisoles and loose-fitting nighties instead.

Cool, crisp cotton. Pastel-coloured linen. Matching candy-striped sets and fun floral prints. Here are some of the best pyjamas to drift off in when it’s hot out. Sweet dreams!
