Everything you need to know about the revolutionary skincare range flying off shelves

After 15 years of scientific research, No7 launched Future Renew, a brand new skincare range, on April 12, 2023. Now, almost three months later, customers have been trying the products in real life situations and the feedback is outstanding. Melanie Morris talks to No7 Regional Business Manager Jacqui Lee to find out why Irish women are loving this new revolutionary skincare launch.

If the proof of the pudding is in the eating, the proof that skincare is working is when you see customers buy the same item again when the first runs out. And that’s exactly what Jacqui Lee, No7’s Regional Business Manager, has noticed across all the key Boots stores in Ireland. “Two to three weeks ago, we started to see customers come back to replenish and that was a big moment for us. The great news is that we’re finding they are replenishing with Future Renew, and we’re delighted.”

Proud of Future Renew’s strong scientific credentials, Jacqui explains how the four-item range works to support the skin’s natural repair process. “The range uses Pepticology, a world-first peptide technology exclusive to No7″

“The Future Renew formula addresses visible signs of skin damage by improving the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, uneven tone and texture, dryness; feel of lost firmness.*

So what specific feedback are customers giving at the counter? Jacqui laughs and says, “A lot of our customers are coming back now – even after just four weeks of using Future Renew – and say that they have had a lot of compliments from others thinking they’d changed their cosmetic products… but obviously it wasn’t their cosmetic products. People would say, ‘Oh, have you changed your foundation?’ Or ‘There’s something different about you?’ But mainly customers were seeing a radiance and luminosity on their skin that they haven’t experienced before.”

The ProDerm scan is available in larger Boots stores and can be booked online or through the Boots app. It’s completely free of charge and can be combined with other skin-enhancing services.

The Future Renew range is as concise as it is effective, so it fits realistically into any regime. There’s the Damage Reversal Day Cream (with SPF 40), Damage Reversal Night Cream, Damage Reversal Serum (in two sizes) and Damage Reversal Eye Serum. And, the good news is that research and science have shown that skin keeps improving with continued use.

“A lot of our customers have absolutely fallen in love with the serum”, says Jacqui. “They adore the texture of it, and because there’s no silicone in the formulation it feels more hydrating on their skin. The day cream is also popular because it’s got the SPF40 which was a first for No7 within our Pro-Age collections.”

“Best of all about Future Renew is that we can deliver real, measurable results to our customers,” says Jacqui.

And looking to the future, do we think we might see anything new coming along the horizon? Jacqui is tight-lipped, but hints that Christmas is always an incredible time for No7 and the brand is famed for its special value skincare sets, so perhaps there might be something very exciting to come. In the meantime, the No7 Future Renew range is currently on special offer in all Boots stores.

From now until September 3, you can save €15 when you spend €30 on all No7 products (exclusions apply*), so it’s the perfect time to try No7 Future Renew for yourself. To shop the No7 Future Renew range, visit boots.ie.
