Three days to Christmas! Are you ready? Or are you just like me – the eternal last minute racer.
Each year, I have the very best of intentions of working methodically through the gift list that I will have spent hours collating for each of my loved ones according to exactly what they love. The thing is though, that each year, that doesn’t happen, unfortunately.
I, like all full-time working Mums, have a gazillion things to do in any given week, let alone the manic days before Christmas. So when time is super-tight for me, I have to find one shopping destination that I know can offer a breadth of products and get it to me in super-quick time. So each year without fail, that brings me to Boots. And time after time, I am delightfully pleased at the premium products they offer, they are not just for vitamins, makeup bits and shower gel you know!
If you order online by 12pm, you can collect in a store near you from 2pm tomorrow. Handy or what!
This year, these three gorgeous gifts are impressing me (and they may or may not end up wrapped up under my tree in a few days time!).
The Smashbox Try It Kit, €22.
This fab little selection of the brand’s best bits would be a super idea for any gal into trying out some new makeup ideas – that’s everyone, right! Containing the now-legendary Photo Finish foundation primer and the 24 Hour Photo Finish Shadow Primer – this set forms an amazing base for all makeup looks.
CHANEL No5 Eau de Parfum Spray, €88.
You didn’t know you could purchase Chanel at Boots? Well, now you know better! This timeless fragrance is the ultimate in chic and there is practically not a woman alive who wouldn’t like to receive it. This could be gifted to a best friend, a sister, a mother (both natural or in-law), or ahem! Yourself.
Sony XB450 AP Extra Bass Headphones, €53.99
Here’s another thing you may not have known to be sold at Boots. Music fans I know have reported these headphones to be excellent at delivering a quality sound with a deep bass. They can also act as a hands -free from certain smartphones so you can take calls on the move and one pair has just made it into my shopping cart (I do hope my brother is not reading this!)
So you still have time, but hurry, hurry! Click today, collect tomorrow at Boots.ie

If you’re craving a change for your hair, you don’t...
How Rodial CEO and founder Maria Hatzistefanis is spending this time in lockdown.
“The hair look really was inspired by the early 90s,” says Victoria Beckham. “I like the idea of quite heavy hair, heavy fringes, that hair that looks like it’s been slept in a little bit, with a little bit of a bend in it.” Here’s how to recreate the lived-in luxe look from her AW21 show.
