Sneak Peek: Charlotte Olympia Collaboration With MAC

MAC are back with a brand new collaboration and we’ve been keeping this one under wraps for a while now. Finally, we can spill the beans on Charlotte Olympia’s collection, of which you’ll no doubt want all 21 pieces.

For those who are unfamiliar, Olympia is a British shoe and accessory designer. If there’s one word you’ll use to describe this collection, particularly the packaging, it’s retro. Think old classic Hollywood, glamorous, simple and the kind of beauty products you’d expect to see in a James Bond movie, only doubling as a weapon.

The packaging, with lots of gold and clear perspex, is a huge departure for MAC, who are known for their classic black aesthetic. You’d be forgiven for not realising this was anything to do with MAC at all; but that’s why we love them. Their creativity, their innovation and their willingness to push the boat is what keeps us coming back for more.

The colour palette is everything you’d expect to find inside Marilyn Monroe’s make-up bag; rich, luxurious and oh so classy. Available in Brown Thomas.
