Dealing with grief: who can you rely on?

When life throws you a curveball, there are friends who know just what to say and do and those who really don't. Watching ‘And Just Like That’, is a reminder of everything that upset and annoyed me when I was grieving for my dad who died suddenly.

Watching recent episodes of And Just Like That was bittersweet for me. On the one hand, it was so exciting to see the gang back together again. On the other hand, my biggest trigger was upfront and centre: sudden death from a heart attack. Like anything upsetting in life, we didn’t see that one coming so early in the series.
