Surrounded by trees with fantastic views of Lough Ree, the setting of this home was just the starting point for interior designer Egon Walesch.

Who Lives Here: Egon Walesch, an interior designer and his architect-trained partner Richard. The House: A cosy timber cabin, nestled in the woods in the heart of the midlands.  Why We Love It: It’s a calming space that’s full of texture, with attention to detail in every corner.  The orange pendants are 1960s Louis Poulsen 3/4 pendants that Egon sourced from Denmark. The table runner is Le Jacquard Francais, the candlesticks are from Another Country,...
