No-churn, 3-ingredient Oreo ice cream

Rumours of a heatwave have reached our ears and we are desperately hoping against hope that the promised sun will materialise. Let the Oreo ice cream making commence!

We’re suckers for the humble Oreo cookie and what better vehicle for these tasty biscuits than creamy ice cream? This is the only ice cream recipe you’ll ever need in life again: no ice cream machine required, no constant stirring by hand, no effort whatsoever. You can even play around with flavour combinations too by adding a few tablespoons of maple syrup or stirring in some peanut butter.

No-Churn Oreo Ice Cream
Makes 6-8 portions

Ingredients

  • 500ml cream, whipped
  • 200g condensed milk
  • 14 oreo biscuits, roughly bashed up

Method

Place the condensed milk in a bowl and gently fold in the whipped cream.

Pour the mix into a Tupperware container and stir in the bashed up biscuits.

Place in the freezer for six hours or overnight. Then let the gorging commence…
