Ikea’s new pet collection includes a cat bed that slots into a shelf

Our four-legged friends are an important part of the family, and Ikea’s latest collection is expanding its range to cater for their needs, as well as ours.
Utsådd is a 29-piece collection that’s designed for cats and dogs, and includes everything from cute beds to chic bowls. Based around what all pet owners know to be the four key aspects of their lives: eat, sleep, play, and hide; the range has something to suit every pet.
A highlight of the collection is undoubtedly the cat bed designed to slot into the Kallax shelving unit. Instead of your cat perching precariously amongst your shelves, they can now have their own dedicated spot to sit.
Toys include a tongue-in-cheek allen key chew toy for dogs, while placemats for bowls and blankets for sofas also help keep your home clean from muddy paws and biscuit crumbs.
