Whether you’re planning a romantic date, a fun night out with friends, or something a little different this year, there’s something to suit every kind of couple, friend group or those flying solo.

Dream Point After Dark

Dream Point After Dark returns on Saturday, February 14, with a special Valentine’s edition designed for couples and friends looking for something a little different. Guests can explore the venue by night, including the immersive 360° projection experience Van Gogh After Dark: An Immersive Journey, before being guided to a candlelit finale deep within the space.

The evening culminates in Ireland’s largest ball pit, transformed into a glowing sea of over 100,000 pearl-coloured balls and hundreds of flickering candles, while acclaimed pianist Noah Flach will perform an intimate live set.

Sleepover Special at Hotel NYX

Last-minute Valentine’s plans are covered at NYX Hotel Dublin Portobello with a playful overnight Sleepover Special and indulgent three-course dining available from February 12–15.

Designed for couples who like their romance relaxed and vibrant, the deal includes an overnight stay for two, breakfast the next morning, a welcome cocktail on arrival and a romantic three-course dinner at Clash Bar & Bites. The lively restaurant is known for its bold flavours and late-night energy, with a specially curated Valentine’s menu (€55 per person) made for sharing and savouring.

Cocktail masterclass at Stillgarden Distillery

Want to enjoy a few drinks while also learning a thing or two? Head to Stillgarden Distillery for a hands-on cocktail-making experience led by its award-winning liquid experts. During this fully guided 60-minute class, guests will learn how to craft two signature cocktails, discover the history of distillation and enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the distillery’s state-of-the-art equipment.

Tickets include three cocktails, with non-alcoholic and non-gin options available on request at booking. Each session wraps up with a Q&A with one of the Stillgarden team.
