Best paired with a girls’ night in

Is your usual go-to a gin and tonic? Try this delicious upgrade instead. Made with just three ingredients — Dinge Gin, soda water and lime wedges, this low calorie drink is simple yet highly refreshing.

Directions

Fill your favourite cocktail glass with ice, then pour in one shot of Dingle Gin, squeeze in a couple of lime wedges, and top it off with chilled soda water

Screwdriver

Please visit www.drinkaware.ie for information on how to drink responsibly.

Best paired with salty snacks and sunny days

For something slightly sweeter, try this southern twist on a classic screwdriver cocktail. With vodka, orange juice and peach slices, it’s reminiscent of an iced tea. We recommend sipping it under the sun while snacking on crisps or planning your next summer holiday.

Directions

Add a shot of Dingle Vodka, fresh orange juice and some peach slices into a cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into a tall glass full of ice. Then garnish with a big orange wheel.

Summer Sour

Please visit www.drinkaware.ie for information on how to drink responsibly.

Best paired with a day on the beach

Ever tried a vodka sour? One sip of this summer sour and you’ll be transported to a Tiki bar on a white, sandy beach (well, almost anyways). It combines tropical flavours like lime and orange with nutty amaretto, perfect for sipping poolside or bringing along to a beachside picnic.

Directions

Add Dingle Vodka, amaretto, sugar, lime and orange juice to a cocktail shaker and shake it all up. Then pour over ice and serve with a fresh orange rind.

Fruit Punch

Please visit www.drinkaware.ie for information on how to drink responsibly.

Best paired with summer BBQs

A true crowd-pleaser, this boozy fruit punch is packed with fresh fruits and single malt whiskey. This recipe calls for apple and lemon juice mixed with an array of fresh fruit, but you can add whatever fruit you like, whether it’s leftovers from the fruit bowl or your favourite variety pack from the shop.

Directions

In a punch bowl, add Dingle Single Malt, apple juice, lemon juice and fresh chopped fruit, including strawberries, raspberries, peaches, apples, limes, lemons, oranges and whatever else you feel like. Chill in the fridge, then pour as needed.

Orchard Old Fashioned

Please visit www.drinkaware.ie for information on how to drink responsibly.

Best paired with a night of brooding under the stars

An old fashioned with notes of summer-y sweetness, this bold cocktail mixes single malt whiskey with apple syrup, bitters and fresh orange. Sip it while tucking into Hemingway or Wilde, or take your glass onto the back patio for moonlit meditation on a warm evening.

Directions

Pour a shot of Dingle Single Malt, orchard syrup and bitters (to taste) over ice and stir. Serve in a weighty glass and garnish with a fresh orange rind.
