The Taoiseach and Daniel O’Donnell lead The Late Late Show line-up

The Taoiseach and Daniel O’Donnell lead The Late Late Show line-up

Following the circus-themed fun of last week’s Toy Show, it’s business-as-usual on tomorrow’s Late Late. The varied group of guests taking to the hot seat make it prime Friday night viewing.

Taoiseach Leo Varadker leads the charge and will be on hand to discuss the highs and lows he’s experienced in his first 18 months on the job. Host Ryan Tubridy will be getting the latest from the youngest ever leader of the country.

Singing superstar Michael Bublé will also be chatting with Ryan; covering everything from his upcoming tour to his recent year-long hiatus to care for his family. Bublé’, whose son Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2016, will discuss what life has been like for him in the years following the diagnosis; why whispers of retirement were just distorted rumours, and why he nicknamed his new album ‘baby making music’.

Next, to provide comedic relief, will be Britain’s Got Talent judge and former Little Britain star David Walliams. He turned his hand to children’s books 10 years ago and has sold over 26 million copies worldwide. He will be telling Ryan where he gets his inspiration from, why he loves Simon Cowell and what he thinks of fatherhood.

If the line-up wasn’t entertaining enough, Donegal’s favourite son (and possibly Ireland’s) Daniel O’ Donnell will be making an appearance. The country singer will be telling viewers about his Christmas plans with his wife Majella, his experience singing for the Pope, and how he felt going outside his comfort zone as he and Majella ventured across America on their recent road trip.

Lastly, the final three Dancing with the Stars contestants will be revealed.

The Late Late Show airs Friday at 9.30pm on RTÉ One
