This Is Why You Don’t Feel Full

Ever have a day where you feel like a bottomless pit? Where no amount of food is enough to fill you? Saaaaaame.

LOW BLOOD SUGAR

?If you are eating foods that are high in sugar, your body will try to get rid of the sugar quickly, because in high quantities it can be toxic,? Elizabeth explained to Get The Gloss. ?The pancreas pumps out insulin and before you know it, sugar levels become low again and you end up feeling hungry again.?

IRREGULAR MEAL TIMES

According to Elizabeth Peyton-Jones, eating at a different time every day can cause your body to stress when it’s next meal will come, and start craving food.

NOT ENOUGH SLEEP

“Sometimes when you are feeling exhausted, the body feels it needs energy and therefore will attempt to regain energy through food,? says Elizabeth. ?This in turn will make you crave sugary or high carb foods. However, if you are eating like this, then you will feel hungry again soon afterwards.?

DEHYDRATION

Sometimes, if you’re dehydrated, your body can mix the signals with hunger. It’s quite common to feel hunger?and confuse it for thirst.

BOREDOM

We all do it. Everything in moderation, including moderation.
