Easons launches Children’s Spring Fest and open up their doors to a series of fun in-store events…

Easons, Ireland’s leading retailer of books, stationery, cards, magazines and more, launches Children’s Spring Fest. From now until May, Eason stores will play host to a series of events, book offers and fun learning activities all aimed at enriching the spring season of learning for children all over Ireland.

Children’s Spring Fest will feature a range of children’s book offers with hundreds of top titles and a series of in-store events with top brands such as Playdoh, Crayola, LEGO and more to inspire young minds to read, play and have fun over the spring season with a visit to Eason.

Favourite characters such as Princess Mirror-Belle, Hugless Douglas and Monsters will form the basis of a series of in-store story-time events that are sure to capture the imagination of kids of all ages.

Speaking about Children’s Spring Fest, David O’Callaghan, Children and Young Adult’s Category Manager’said: ?Spring Fest is an Easons Initiative for children of all ages that reflects a time when families traditionally have some time to spend together and when children have a greater requirement for activity and stimulation of the mind. The children’s Spring Fest promotes the positive activities of reading, and creative play by bringing an instore focus on books and other creative product and seeks to inspire and enrich children with added value, events and a general festive feeling dedicated to their needs.?

As part of Spring Fest, two of Ireland’s hottest new talents in the world of Young Adult books -Louise O?Neill & Sarah Bannan will be in the O’Connell Street store on Friday 10th April for a signing and Q&A event.
