Italian cuisine specialists Barilla took centre stage for food lovers at this year’s Punchestown Music Festival, thanks to the official opening of its eagerly-awaited pop-up restaurant, ?By Barilla?.

We were there too too see a host of nostalgic acts?including Culture Club, All Saints, Tom Jones and Bonnie Tyler.

The Italian pop-up’restaurant launched with an exclusive sitting for media and bloggers where we feasted on’meats, cheeses, olives and breads before sampling three authentic pasta dishes; Fusilli with tiger prawns and arrabbiata sauce; tortellini of three cheeses and Linguini Primavera with chicken and julienne of vegetables.

A host of familiar faces were in attendance including?blogger Sin?ad Burke, 98FM DJ Adrian Kennedy, Italian food writer Veruska Anconitano, Snapchat sensation Paddy Smyth and fashion illustrator Holly Shortall.

Check out the social pictures from the event in our gallery above.
