Especially our IMAGE Overall Businesswoman of the Year, Anne Heraty.
As the CEO of Cpl Resources plc, Anne Heraty is a recognised leader in workforce solutions, specialist recruitment, managed services and?outsourcing. Her company has an annual turnover in excess of €390’million and over 650 permanent employees. It survived the dot.com crash in the late nineties and in?any one week, Cpl also has around 10,000 temp/contract staff?under management in customer sites. Heraty’s company has expanded through both’strong organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Anne has won numerous awards, and her company was ranked as ?best place to work 2015? in the large organisation category.?She is the deputy president of IBEC, the Chair of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in Ireland, and a supporter women in start-up businesses through her involvement in Going for Growth, an initiative for women in young companies with huge potential.
