Whatever you buy this autumn, make it animal print and wear it with attitude

Whatever you buy this autumn, make it animal print and wear it with attitude

As far as Kate Moss goes, animal print has always been in style, but this autumn/winter the opinion seems to be universal, as designers and street style stars have embraced the look with fervor. Don’t ignore it, or be afraid of it. Simply scroll down to discover some classy and chic animal print pieces for the new season.

Zebra print is sometimes off-putting, as it’s usually presented in stark black and white, which can feel a little cold and austere. But this alternative option from Topshop looks much earthier and warmer. I love the midi length cut, the centre frill detailing and the cut-out back. It’s chic and sophisticated but it’s not afraid to be sexy too.

If you like Kate Moss’s style, then something like this Zara blazer might work for you, as Kate tends to go with animal-print outerwear very often. It’s beautifully styled below, with indigo tailored jeans and white heels. The look feels very modern and cool, but very grown-up too.

I love this cute little handbag from Massimo Dutti. The colours are great for autumn, and the chain handle adds a more urban vibe to the piece. This is perfect for weekends wandering around town when all you need are your wallet, keys and lip balm.

This textured animal-print jumper from River Island looks so tactile and comfy to wear. Worn with a simple pair of leather pants, it looks effortlessly chic.
