Watch: The New Absolutely Fabulous Trailer Will Make Your Day

Edina and Patsy are back – and they’re more fabulous than ever. We could all use a little more glamour in our daily lives and the Ab Fab pairing can give us just that, all on the big screen.

We were given a glimpse of the trailer a while back, but the official version has been revealed in all its glory. ?We’re calling it the Absolutely Fabulous guide to modern life, because who doesn’t want to gatecrash parties and remind Jon Hamm that you once got together? (No way is it just us).

In the movie, Eddie Monsoon (Jennifer Saunders) and Patsy Stone (Joanna Lumley) – who haven’t aged a day, really – are determined to represent Kate Moss (just one of the slew?of celebrity cameos throughout), who has just announced that she’s looking for a new PR company. So, naturally, the two spot an opportunity?- “It’s Kate Moss!” – But after Eddie accidentally knocks the supermodel into the Thames (in front of witnesses) – and she doesn’t resurface (panic!) – the fashionistas are forced to go on the run. They flee to the south of France (of course), where, as Eddie points out the sun shines and, ?everyone’s a criminal.? And it only gets funnier.

Saunders penned the script (so you know it’s going to be all sorts of brilliant) and from Lily Cole, Stella McCartney, Rebel Wilson, Joan Collins,?Cara Delevigne, Emma Bunton, Lulu to Jean Paul Gaultier, it looks like no celebrity turned down a chance to join in the ladies’ antics.

The storyline, costumes (and the rest) are over-the-top fabulous (pun intended), but we care not because, as gal pals go, you won’t get better than these too.

Watch the full trailer below for the best giggle you’ll have today and get rewatching the boxsets (champagne optional) this weekend.

The film hits cinemas in July, and we can’t wait.
