Watch: James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke With Elton John Is The Best

If there’s one thing we love about James Corden’s brilliant ?Carpool Karaoke? segments, it’s finding out new nuggets of information about legends of the pop world that we didn’t know before. Take Elton John, for example. Did you know that he doesn’t have a phone? He’s more of an iPad man. Or that he’s inspired by the lovely Ed Sheeran? Or that he wants the CD and/or vinyl industries to get a revival, so he buys four copies of every album he purchases? Okay, the album’s are just so he can have one in each of his houses, but still. Pretty old school. Corden busts out several of Elton John’s greatest hits, from Your Song and Tiny Dancer to Crocodile Rock and Circle of Life from The Lion King. Yes, our favourite Disney classic. They then get dressed up in some amazingly flamboyant outfits, and the whole thing is a sheer joy to behold.

This doesn’t quite top Adele, but it comes a close second.

Watch below for all the entertainment you need this dreary Monday night.
