Held recently, the Robin Gill Pop Up at Chapter One was?a great success.?Diners enjoyed snacks to start – bite-sized treats setting the theme, using overlooked or underused ingredients from Ireland’s land and sea.? Matched beers by Sligo-based brewery White Hag accompanied the following six courses. Lucky attendees were kept on their toes, being challenged to identify at least three elements in each dish. The final course, a violet?extravaganza of a dessert was served up to the Prince’s Purple Rain and thoroughly?enjoyed by guests.
