Stuck in an interiors rut? Get expert advice at house 2019

Whether you’re renovating your home or can’t decide what to do with a tired-looking room, it can be hard to make interior choices. You can find nice images in magazines, but how do you know what will work well in your space? Will a velvet sofa date in a few years? Will your colour scheme make the room look smaller?

Making decisions on everything from paint to furniture arrangements can be fraught with indecision. Luckily help is at hand, as house 2019 brings together the country’s best interiors experts and retailers to give their insights, tips and advice.

Running from May 24-26 in the RDS Dublin, the event will see exhibitors of everything from kitchens, furniture and lighting to Irish craft and design, as well as the country’s leading experts giving talks and advice. With something for everyone, it promises to be perfect for interiors inspiration and picking up insider tips. Here’s what we’re most looking forward to.
