Guests gathered in The Conrad Hotel to hear expert speakers share the everyday things we can do to enhance our wellness.

The first in the IMAGE Longevity event series was all about building sustainable habits to promote long-term wellness.

A panel of expert speakers joined IMAGE contributing editor Melanie Morris to help us cut through the noise and focus on what’s essential and achievable when it comes to maximising our longevity.

Professor Caitriona Ryan, co-founder of the Institute of Dermatologists and the soon-to-launch ID Formulas, shared learnings from her six years of research in creating a supplement for the most desirable health profiles for 21st-century living. Performance coach John Belton spoke about how making small changes in our everyday routines can lead to immense health benefits, and cardiologist Dr Paddy Barrett brought his expertise on how we can build healthy habits to achieve peak medical condition.

Our attendees left informed, enriched and with a gorgeous few gifts in tow, courtesy of Boots Ireland, Neutrogena and Ella & Jo.
