Pizza and pasta lovers gathered this week, for the official Irish launch of Italian restaurant chain, Zizzi, which is located in the Pembroke District of Dundrum Town Centre.

A host of Irish celebrities and VIP’s turned out in force to get a first glimpse of the new eatery including Irish DJ and television personality, Vogue Williams, Irish rugby star Jodi Murphy, top bloggers Pippa O’Connor and Grace Mongey, radio presenters Daniella Moyles and Dara Quilty, current Miss Universe Ireland, Joanna Cooper and top models Shauna Lindsay, Irma Mali, January?Russell?and Teo Sutra.

Upon arrival, guests were treated to Zizzi’s famous Pimp Your Prosecco, a tasty flavour top-up of prosecco with strawberries, white peach or passion fruit. Cocktail lovers on the night also got to sample their special new Pink G&T – a mix of Bombay Sapphire and tonic with strawberry puree, cucumber and fresh raspberries. Those in attendance also enjoyed some tasty favourites including delicious ?Little Soul? Breads?and a selection of their signature Rustica pizzas.

Every new Zizzi restaurant features a mural by an up and coming artist who helps to create a unique atmosphere and dining experience for that location. The Dundrum location features a bespoke mural, designed by local artist Fuchsia Macaree, who was also in attendance on the night.
