Perrier-Jouët launched an exclusive Summer Tasting Menu experience at WILDE Restaurant, Dublin last week.
For two months, guests can enjoy the bespoke Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Summer Tasting Menu priced at €95 per person. Each innovative dish is paired with a Perrier-Jouët champagne.
The starter is matched with Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, the freshness of this champagne stands up perfectly against the acidity of the scallops’ garnish. The main course is Dover Sole, a rich fish dish with homemade crispy gnocchi and asparagus paired with Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque 2008, whose lingering acidity cut out the lushness of the dish. The menu concludes with an indulgent strawberry and basil leaf Panna Cotta, which is paired with Perrier-Jouët Blason Rose, just the perfect summer match.
