For the first time ?RDS Venue? will be used as a separate visual identity from the main RDS brand. This departure will help the RDS venue operations to market themselves with greater clarity to international markets and will be used in conjunction with the tagline: Where Extraordinary Events Happen Everyday.

Speaking on foot of the identity launch, Ciara Gallagher, Head of Business Tourism and Events for Failte Ireland, said: ?The ?RDS Venue? identity is a very welcome move, as the RDS is one of the key Irish venues in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) space and business tourism is one of the highest yielding sectors in tourism at the moment. Ireland has ambitious targets to win €157m worth of business events this year. The clear offering that this identity brings should help convert leads into fulfilment and bring more international business conferences to Dublin in the years ahead.?
