Assassin’s Creed fans were out in force at the special preview screening of the film Assassin’s Creed at the Savoy Cinema Dublin. ?The film stars Irish actor Michael

The film stars Irish actor Michael Fassbender and Academy Award winner Marion Cotillard in the lead roles. Irish actor Brendan Gleeson also stars in the film. Spotted gracing the red carpet were Darren Kennedy, Irish Actor Eoin Macken – who has returned from to Dublin from LA for a Christmas break, Crooner and Hypnotist Jason O Callaghan, as well as models Carl Shaaban, Judy Fitzgerald and Jeni Assandey who also stepped out on the night.

Assassin’s Creed is an upcoming action-adventure film based on the award-winning’series?of the same name.

It is produced by and stars?Michael Fassbender?as?Aguilar de Nerha who is a 15th century?Spanish Assassin and his present-day descendant?Callum Lynch. Through a revolutionary technology that unlocks his genetic memories, Callum Lynch (Fassbender) experiences the adventures of his ancestor, Aguilar, in 15th Century Spain.

Callum discovers he is descended from a’mysterious’secret society, the Assassins, and amasses incredible knowledge and’skills to take on the?oppressive?and powerful Templar organisation in the present day.

Assassin’s Creed hits Irish cinemas on January 1st.
