Attendees were welcomed by editor-in-chief, Melanie Morris who was joined by Julie Dupouy, brand ambassador for Mo?t & Chandon. Julie shared tips on serving champagne over the festive season whilst guest were treated to Mo?t & Chandon Grand Reserve 2008 with matching canap’s created by The Merrion’s executive chef Ed Coone. Julie?also gave us a masterclass?in corkage opening, giving us a step by step demonstration and how to avoid any mishaps – see below for Julies suggested champagne pairings for Christmas.

As everyone took their seats they discovered luxurious gifts which included a snipe of Mo?t & Chandon plus flute, Clarins, Moisture Rich Body lotion and Green &?Blacks Chocolate. Rowan Manahan then began his workshop discussing the art of presenting and perfecting communication skills.
