Marks & Spencer celebrated the launch of their Christmas Food Collection on Wednesday, 9th November in the beautiful surroundings of L?Ecrivain restaurant, Dublin 2. The event was attended by some of Ireland’s key foodies, all who were treated to a festive dinner to preview the varied produce that M&S has to offer this season. Renowned Irish celebrity chef Derry Clarke was on hand to showcase this season’s food and drink and expertly prepare a bespoke Marks & Spencer Christmas dinner menu for guests.?Highlights from the evening included a bespoke ?Hollywood Gold? cocktail, Christmas party canap’s, Beef & Porcini starter, Lochmuir smoked salmon starter, Turkey Breast & Honey Glazed Gammon main; a decadent dessert table and Irish made Mallow Boutique ?Prosecco Mallows.?
