Social Pics: Launch Of Mint Velvet’s New Spring/Summer 2017 Collection

Inspiring women from various fields joined forces last night at the RHA Gallery, Dublin, for the launch of MINT VELVET’s spring/summer 2017 collection. The exclusive dinner event unveiled the incoming collection and introduced guests to Mint Velvet’s?We Are Women campaign.

Guests were treated to a ‘mint? cocktail reception, as they browsed the incoming S/S17 collection, in a desert-themed Friends Room at the RHA, with quirky cacti settings by The Garden, at Powerscourt Centre. The group then took their seats for a beautiful meal served by Coppa Caf??and raised a toast to inspiring women everywhere. The carte du jour included Caprese salad with plum tomato, mozzarella, basil and balsamic reduction, a spiced vegetarian tagine, served with seasoned couscous, and a delicious dessert of Belgian chocolate brownie, served with vanilla ice cream.

We Are Women is a celebration of women and their many successes. Mint Velvet has developed a series of features on inspirational and pioneering ladies, all of whom are champions in their own chosen field. To date, We Are Women has seen the brand collaborate with Irish chef, Clodagh McKenna, All Saints singer, Melanie Blatt, and actress, Anna Friel. The guest of honour on Wednesday night was Daniella Moyles, who will work with the brand on the Irish leg of the?campaign this year. In celebration of We Are Women, attendees were invited to bring along a female guest who?inspires them; a hero, a colleague, a sister or friend.
