ScarJo is a Baby Mama

Scarlett Johansson had a baby girl! The actress’ spokesperson confirmed to AP last night that she and her fiance, Romain Dauriac, welcomed a baby girl. They’ve decided to call her Rose? how very Downton. Rose’s second name, Dorothy, is an homage to Johansson’s grandmother. The 29-year-old actress has been engaged to the former French journalist since September last year.

Johansson’s pregnancy has been uncharacteristically media silent for the most part – since her divorce from Ryan Reynolds in 2011 after three years of marriage her private life has mostly remained private. Dauriac isn’t from a Hollywood background and the couple barely acknowledged the pregnancy in an official sense. They reside mostly in Paris.

Johansson can currently be seen on screens in the Luc Besson directed thriller Lucy.
