Recipe: Smirnoff Sparkling Sangria

Ros? gets a bad wrap, despite it being the quickest route to seasonal joviality. This Smirnoff cocktail helps reclaim the pink wine with some fruit juice to sharpen the mix. An ideal drink to help you get over that Stephen’s Night blur and get some quality television time in tonight.

Ingredients (Approx. 2 units per serve)

25ml Smirnoff No.21

50ml Grapefruit juice

50ml Passion Fruit juice

10ml Triple sec

75ml Ros? wine

75ml Soda water

Method

Add all ingredients to glass over cubed ice

Stir & top with half a passion fruit

For a punch bowl times volumes by 8
