“When I was 44, a few things started to change. My confidence just wasn’t what it used to be and I really noticed that at work. My periods started to get heavier – a very typical perimenopause symptom. And I began to experience the early start of brain fog, where your memory and concentration just aren’t what they used to be. Thankfully, I have not had depression (although this can be very common in menopause)...
