The Mint Bar’s Luxurious Festive Cocktails

Celebrate in style this festive season with The Mint Bar’s exciting new selection of tempting festive tipples and wonderful winter warmers. With cocktail shakers at the ready, head mixologist Michael Sammon and his team of creative cocktail innovators have unveiled a tantalising menu for the 2015 holiday season – perfect for an indulgent after work drink, or a special night out with friends.

Choose from a range of seasonal cocktails, including the Candy Cane Martini with crushed candy cane rim; the spicy, gingerbread-flavoured Crimbopolitan; the Christmas Cake Martini topped with chocolate-covered cherries; or the classic Hot Buttered Rum.

For those entertaining at home, why not get creative in the kitchen and try some of The Mint Bar’s cocktails for yourself with these recipes:

Candy Cane Martini

Ingredients
? 40ml Absolut Vodka
? 15ml Cr’me de Cacao (white)
? 10 Muddled Strawberries
? 10ml Simple Syrup
? 20ml Cranberry Juice

Method
? Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker, shake and double strain
? Serve in a 7oz martini glass with a crushed candy cane rim

Christmas Cake Martini

Ingredients
? 30ml Martell Cognac
? 15ml Cherry Brandy
? 15ml Cinnamon Schnapps
? 10ml Almond Syrup
? 20ml Cranberry Juice

Method
? Place all ingredients in cocktail shaker, shake and double strain
? Serve in a 7oz Martini glass with chocolate covered cherries
