Make A Date With Your Body And Mind

WellFest, Ireland’s only health, fitness and wellness festival, returns to Dublin May 6-7, with a line-up of speakers that includes Dr Hazel Wallace (see our interview, page 132), celebrity trainer Faisal Abdalla, author Sassy Gregson-Williams and The Southern Yogi.
