Little Green Spoon’s Apple And Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are one of the most convenient grab and go breakfasts. This gorgeous apple and cinnamon flavour is ideal for busy autumn mornings- cosy, comforting and so simple. They only take a minute to prepare so you can make them the night before, roll out of bed and grab them as you head out the door!

Ingredients:
1 Apple
1/2 Cup (45g) of Oats
100ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Teaspoon fo Cinnamon
Optional: Walnuts

Step 1: Add the oats and cinnamon to a large bowl and stir to combine.
Step 2: Grate the apple in on top and mix it all together.
Step 3: Pour in the almond milk and stir well.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture to your jar or container and leave to soak overnight (or minimum 3 hours).
Step 5: Top with toasted walnuts and a little extra cinnamon before eating.
