The pitch perfect soundtrack features both established and emerging Irish artists

There are just two things that people are talking about this week: Covid-19 and Normal People.

The TV adaptation of Sally Rooney’s novel dropped in its entirety on BBC iPlayer at the weekend while the first episode of the 12-part series will be broadcast on RTÉ One at 10:10pm tonight.

The early reviews for the show have been overwhelmingly positive with many praising the perfectly curated soundtrack.

It features a host of Irish artists, including Villagers, SOAK, Alex Gough, Yenkee and Anna Mieke and it’ll keep you occupied long after Normal People withdrawals set in.

Have a listen to it here.
