Kate Moss’s Left Boob, Anyone?

Kate Moss’s Left Boob, Anyone?

Kate Moss

We’re not sure whether this is brilliant or really quite vain. As per The Telegraph, Kate Moss, one of the original and most successful supermodels is well aware of her fans’ devotion to absolutely anything she turns her hand to, be it a fashion line in Topshop, any of the make-up brands she aligns herself with or the latest: a glass designed around the shape of her, wait for it, left boob.

How very Marie Antoinette of her.

Yes, apparently there’s quite a demand for this sort of thing. Would you like to drink a glass of wine out of something mammary-shaped? Would it make a difference to you that it was not just any boob but Kate Moss’s boob?

This is the sort of thing you’d expect to have sprung from a crazy fan who happens to be a dab hand with glass making, but actually, Kate was the one who initiated such a collaboration. Now 40, Moss has teamed up with a restaurant – 34 Restaurant – and a sculptor – Jane McAdam Freud – for the latest in, erm, must-have glassware, in which a mould was taken of her left boob.

But that’s not to say there’s anything wrong with the right one; I guess we all have a favourite, right?

Unfortunately, we won’t get to bulk buy the boob-shaped glass. We’ll have to head to the establishment itself for the full experience. You can also get in on the ’34 Kate Moss Coupe’at?The Ivy, Daphne’s, Scott’s and The Club at The Ivy.

As per the restaurant, which is where Kate celebrated her 40th birthday, what you’re getting here is an?”intricate abstract design reminiscent of Art Deco symmetry which, when held at an angle, shows a beautiful curvy shape.”

Meanwhile Kate herself had this to say:?’I was excited to participate in this project – what an honour to be alongside Marie Antoinette – she was a very intriguing and mischievous character? champagne is always associated with celebration and happy occasions and I had fun creating this beautiful coupe.’

To mark the launch of the latest in design innovation, Kate herself will host an event at the London restaurant in October, during which her guests will get to sip on the highest quality vintage Dom Perignon from the erotically shaped glasses.

Ah, boobs. What’s not to love?
