The perfect start to a Thursday morning, this month’s Networking Breakfast was all about the challenges of change.All attendees received a stunning full-size gift from Dr Hauschka, Lily O’Brien’s chocolates and a voucher for a blow dry at the super glam Show blow dry bar at Harvey Nichols, Dundrum. Plus, a Boots Protect and Perfect surprise for everyone too! There was also a draw for a Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, 10 pairs of tickets to the Dubai Duty Free 150th Irish Derby at The Curragh and the best Tweet of the morning won the writer a stay for two with dinner at Blairscove House, Co. Cork, thanks to Ireland’s Blue Book.

After some coffee and breakfast treats Lucinda Creighton and Cathriona Hallahan talked us through the personal and career changes in the political and business sphere and Dr. Maureen Gaffney spoke about the importance of change in?our emotional development.
