Indy’s Cajun Salmon Recipe

Cajun Salmon
Serves: 2
I have this for dinner all the time. Literally! There’s few things worse than’dull, dry salmon and this is the complete opposite! It’s gorgeously flakey,?beautifully moist and full of flavour. It also only takes a few seconds to?prepare and tastes great with everything. Basically, it’s the perfect dinner-?even when you’re pressed for time!

Ingredients:
2 Salmon Fillets
1 Teaspoon of Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon of Cumin
To Serve: Lemon/Lime

Salmon

Step 1: Combine all of the spices.
Step 2: Lay your salmon fillets onto a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Sprinkle the’spice mixture generously over the salmon, completely coating the top.
Step 3: In my oven, I pop it under the grill at 250’C for exactly 12 minutes and it’s?perfect every time. It’s ready when it flakes easily and the top is nice and?crispy and just starting to blacken. Make sure not too over cook.
Step 4: Serve with a wedge of fresh lemon or lime.

This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free & Paleo.
