And just like that, Royal wedding bells are set to ring. Just announced this morning, Prince Harry is set to marry his partner, Suits actress and activist Meghan Markle.
“His Royal Highness, The Prince of Wales, is delighted to announce the engagement of Prince Harry to Ms Meghan Markle. The wedding will take place in spring 2018. Further details about the wedding day will be announced in due course,” said the official announcement from Kensington Palace.
The pair became engaged in London earlier this month, and will now live in “Nottingham Cottage at Kensington Palace.”

Harry is fifth in line to the throne and has been dating 36-year-old Markle since the summer of 2016. The actress opened up about their relationship to Vanity Fair just recently, saying that they were in love, happy and enjoying their time together after just over a year of dating.
“We’re a couple. We’re in love,” she said of the year-long romance. “I’m sure there will be a time when we will have to come forward and present ourselves and have stories to tell, but I hope what people will understand is that this is our time.”
“We were very quietly dating for about six months before it became news, and I was working during that whole time, and the only thing that changed was people’s perception.”
The pair said they are “thrilled and happy” to be engaged.
