Laura Jordan is a stylist, image consultant and owner of Irish Style Consultancy StyleSavvy ®. Specialising in ‘The Science of Smart Shopping’, Laura advises individuals on how to shop effectively, to feel confident and comfortable in what they buy and what they wear.

Laura also consults with multiple industry-leading organisations on how to build an effective personal brand for their employees, combining both professional image and online impression. Laura is a fashion contributor with Weekend AM on Virgin Media One and lectures in Image Consultancy, Fashion Styling and Trend Forecasting at Dublin Institute of Design.

Natasha Fennell, Director at Stillwater Communications

Natasha Fennell is one of Ireland’s leading confidence coaches and communications experts and a director at award-winning communications and story-telling consultancy, Stillwater Communications. With her background in working with RTÉ, Brown Thomas, Arnotts, Tesco, Diageo and VHI, Natasha has huge knowledge and experience in this area.

Natasha is a regular keynote speaker on topics that include having the confidence to succeed and what women really want to achieve at work, as well as being an expert at helping women develop their own personal brand.

Mark Rogers, Head of Marketing at Benefit Cosmetics

Mark started his career with a passion for beauty, from the transformative power of a brow to the way makeup can spark joy from within. Starting as a trainer for Benefit cosmetics over 10 years ago, Mark grew within the brand and took experience from every opportunity and misstep. He created an Irish specific marketing function that looked at how to position a global brand within a local market, with a strong focus and passion for all things digital.

Mark loves taking risks and finding new and innovative ways to build brand awareness. With a strict commitment to work outside the traditional advertising guidelines, team Benefit Ireland have caused ripples. As head of marketing for such an innovative brand, Mark is excited to continue to shake things up and take more risks this year that stay true to what the brand stands for.

The IMAGE Young Businesswomen’s Forum also qualifies as two hours of structured, non-core CPD hours (Continuing Professional Development). This describes the learning activities professionals engage in to develop and enhance their abilities. It combines training workshops, conferences and events, e-learning programs, best practice techniques and ideas sharing and allows individuals to ‘upskill’ or ‘re-skill’.
