Lucinda Creighton is a mother, barrister, former European Minister and a member of D?il ?ireann since May 2007. She served as Vice President of the European People’s Party until September 2014.?Lucinda is a TD serving the people of Dublin Bay South Constituency and the Leader of Renua Ireland, a new political party which she founded in the spring of 2015.?Throughout her political life, Lucinda has consistently challenged the party political establishment; she is an advocate for the self-employed and champions to create an economy for entrepreneurs.

Dr Maureen Gaffney is a Psychologist, Author of Flourishing and Adjunct Professor of Psychology and Society at University College Dublin. She combines work in academia with a busy international consultancy business. She has worked with the Intel Corporation for over a decade and serves on the executive committee of the Women’s Leadership Board at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. She is also a columnist and broadcaster.
