Watch: ‘Emerging Talent’ Our Video Preview of the NCAD Graduate Show

This year’s showcase is the largest ever collection of graduate work; highlighting over 500 students. The showcase is an opportunity for students to exhibit their creative identity as they move away from NCAD and further their careers. There is also an opportunity for potential clients, collectors, employers, and other innovators, as well as the general public, to see the best in art and design at its early stages of development.

Acting Director of NCAD, Bernard Hanratty, expressed excitement and joy for students who will soon be leaving NCAD after strengthening their skills and passions in their prospective fields:

“NCAD links with industry and focuses on innovation and engagement projects allow the college to provide the necessary tools for supporting Irish business to produce designs of a high quality. Our award-winning students and illustrious alumni demonstrate the quality of the?education programmes here at the college”, he said.

The college, established in 1746, is considered as one of the best art and design schools in the country. The graduate showcase event will open daily from 10am and will run until Sunday, June 26th. Watch our video below to get a preview of the showcase, and do get along to see these artists before they go stellar.
