Chanel No5’s New Trailer

Chanel No5’s New Trailer

There’s a new Chanel trailer about to arrive into town. And it looks glam.

The upcoming short movie stars Gisele, who made a guest appearance on Chanel’s ?feminist? runway at Paris Fashion Week a fortnight ago and the sneak peeks so far suggest Chanel cool amid an urban playground. Also, trainers and acres of Gisele’s stems?

The teaser trailer for the upcoming video – see below – has us all of a tizzy. After all, with Christmas in our sights, a bottle of Chanel N?5 never goes amiss. The Great Gatsby‘s Baz Luhrman is directing the ad, entitled The One That I Want and it will be available in all its glory tomorrow. In the meantime Gisele has been on a branding crusade, sharing behind-the-scenes snaps over on her Instagram AKA life envy central.

There will also be surfing – how very modern?

The Brazilian supermodel follows in the footsteps of Nicole Kidman, who starred in dramatic mini-movies also shot by Luhrmann for the iconic perfume in 2004 – all together now, ?I LOVE TO DANCE!?. That campaign was put together on a budget of $42 million and told a Roman Holiday-esque tale of a Hollywood actress finding love with the stunning Rodrigo Santoro who seemingly lived in a rooftop apartment beneath the Chanel double-C logo.

Gisele was named the face of Chanel N?5 in May. Are you looking forward to her campaign debut?
