Just a short while ago, one lucky IMAGE.ie reader went away with their very own?NutriBullet. For this delighted winner and all others who are in possession of this kitchen favourite, no doubt you’ve fallen head over heels in love; the options are endless and it’s SO easy to use. The only trouble is, if you’re often in a rush, your recipe creativity may start to wane. Here, the team at Nutribullet share four?gorgeous recipes to spice up your breakfast, inspire your lunch and satisfy that sweet tooth after dinner.

Breakfast – Very Berry Blast Bowl

Ingredients
1 Handful ?Spinach
1 Tablespoon ?Chia Seeds
? ?Banana, frozen
1 Cup ?Mixed Berries
1 Tablespoon ?Cashews
1 Teaspoon ?Coconut Oil
1 – Cups ?Almond Milk

Method – 1. Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet Tall Cup, using 1 cup of almond milk to start.?2. Extract for 30 seconds, adding more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
3. Remember, Blast Bowls should be thicker than your average NutriBlast!?Pour your Blast into a Bowl and top with your favourite toppings! Use blueberries, strawberries, slivered almonds, coconut flakes, chia seeds, cinnamon, and more.

Hummus

Lunch – Hummus

Ingredients
420g ?Chickpeas, cooked, drained and rinsed
3 Tablespoons ?Tahini
1 Clove Garlic
1 – Tablespoons ?Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
? Teaspoon Sea Salt
? Teaspoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Water

Method – 1. Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet Tall Cup and extract for about 20 seconds, or until you reach your desired consistency.?2. Enjoy with fresh vegetables or crackers!

Pear and Vanilla Blast

Pear and Vanilla Blast

Ingredients
1 Handful?Spinach
1?Pear
? Cup?Oats
1 Tablespoon?Almond Butter
? Teaspoon?Vanilla
? Teaspoon?Cinnamon
To Max Line?Almond Milk

Method -?1. Add all ingredients to your Tall Cup and extract for 30 seconds, or until smooth.

Vegan Fudge

Dessert – Decadent Vegan Fudge

Ingredients:
? Cup ?Pecans
? Cup ?Walnuts
1 ?Date, pitted
? Cup?Coconut Flakes
? Cup Cacao Powder
3 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
1 Tablespoon?Coconut Butter

Method – 1. Add all ingredients to your NutriBullet Tall cup and pulse. When the ingredients start to combine, stop once or twice to stir. Continue to extract until the fudge reaches a thick, spreadable consistency.?2. Spread in a dish and place in freezer until set, approximately 2-3 hours.
