Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Partner Accused Of ?Wrongful Death?

In the latest twist to the shocking and sad circumstances surrounding the tragic death of Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown, reports now say that her boyfriend Nick Gordon is accused of causing her ?Wrongful Death.?

According to US Weekly, in a lawsuit filed by the administrator of her estate, Bella Hargrove, Nick Gordon is now accused of allegedly causing the 22-year-old’s death.

Bobbi Kristina passed away on July 26th. She was found face down in a bathtub in her Atlanta area home on January 31st and was placed in a medically induced coma, but never recovered.

“I am deeply saddened by the recent death of Bobbi Kristina Brown,” Hargrove said in a statement. “I have filed today an amended complaint against Nicholas Gordon adding a count of wrongful death and for pain and suffering,? she said.

The amended lawsuit filed on behalf of Bobbi Kristina alleges Gordon, of ?being out all night on a cocaine and drinking binge,? and giving Bobbi Kristina a ?toxic cocktail.? According to the amended lawsuit, the concoction left her ?unconscious,? and he ?then put her face down in a tub of cold water, causing her to suffer brain damage.?

An initial post-mortem found no obvious cause of death and the medical examiner’s office said it would probably take several weeks to rule on a manner and cause of death.

The prosecutor’s office has said they will review the investigative file.

Gordon has not been charged criminally.
